Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) year maintenance experience.
• Must be able to demonstrate good skills in general maintenance including cleaning, tiling, plumbing, heating, electrical etc.
• Driver’s License required for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain assigned premises, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor heating and air conditioning systems and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete Work Orders assigned in an efficient and proficient manner.
