Job summary

Foley, Incorporated is seeking a journeyworker level maintenance technician to support the maintenance and alteration of our facilities in Bucks County, PA. The role requires experience across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general trades, with on-call availability for emergencies and snow removal.

You will operate forklifts and aerial lifts, plan projects from drawings, and maintain stock and records. Strong communication and safety knowledge are essential for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school GED or vocational diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in one or more skilled trades.
• Excellent knowledge of tools and equipment used in building trades.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA standards; ability to operate forklifts, aerial work platforms and other equipment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform journeyworker level repairs in maintenance and alteration of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies and snow removal.
• Possess a valid driver's license; operate facility-related equipment and snow removal tools, forklifts, and aerial lifts.
• Plan and manage projects from plans and drawings in a timely, effective manner.
• Maintain tools, equipment, parts and stock; support furniture renovations and inventory management; safely use hand and power tools.
• Maintain repair records and respond to Facilities Help Desk requests; provide timely PM service and maintenance.
