Responsibilities

• Perform journeyworker level repairs in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Be on call 24/7 for emergency maintenance and snow removal.
• Possess a valid driver’s license; operate facility equipment and snow removal tools.
• Plan and manage projects from drawings.
• Maintain tools, equipment and stock; assist in furniture renovations and inventory management.
