You will be on call for emergencies and snow removal, operate forklifts and aerial lifts, and manage repair tasks from plans.

Qualificações

• Journeyman-level repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems.
• On-call 24/7 for emergencies and snow removal.
• Valid driver’s license; operate facility equipment and related vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Perform journeyworker level repairs on buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Be on call 24 hours per day, seven days per week for emergencies and snow removal.
• Plan and manage projects from drawings and plans.
• Maintain tools, equipment, stock and inventory; assist in office renovations.
• Support Facilities Help Desk with timely service and accurate repair records.
