Job summary

Park Lawn Corporation is seeking a maintenance technician to repair fixtures and equipment, perform routine maintenance, and clean up after issues such as water pipe bursts. The role requires awareness of limitations and seeking licensed professional help when needed.

The position involves indoor office settings with outdoor work, travel up to 10 percent, and responsibilities across electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC tasks. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a maintenance position.
• Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Handle repairs that require basic skills as an electrician, carpenter, plumber, mechanic, painter, HVAC technician and roofer.
• Conduct regular inspections to determine areas that need attention and perform tasks such as replacing light bulbs and air conditioner filters.
• Clean and repair areas after incidents like water pipe bursts and other heavy-duty cleaning tasks.
• Order supplies or parts, assemble new equipment, install bulletin boards, hang new drapes.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate teamwork, detail orientation, thoroughness, customer service orientation and time management.
