ISO New England Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to ensure the day-to-day maintenance of four commercial buildings in Holyoke, Massachusetts. This role focuses on preventative maintenance and timely repairs, requiring hands-on experience with facilities maintenance, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs.

The position offers a competitive salary between $33.65 and $50.00 per hour, along with a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and various wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in building or facilities maintenance, including minor electrical, HVAC, and general repair work.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, equipment, and supplies weighing approximately 20–50 lbs.
• Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation, requiring work outside of standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled inspections and identify routine maintenance needs.
• Perform skilled mechanical maintenance involving installation, operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and building systems activity.
