Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work on public buildings and facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with basic repairs, painting, carpentry, and facility upkeep.
• Repair and maintain doors, windows, fixtures, and other building components.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Move supplies, equipment, and furniture as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
