Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking a Facility General Maintenance Technician to ensure optimal functioning and upkeep of our Midland facility. Responsibilities include general maintenance, inspections, carpentry, and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

This position offers a starting pay of $24 per hour with opportunities for overtime, in addition to comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) options.

Relocation support is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Minimum of 1 year of related maintenance experience (3+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance service/repairs of company facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
