Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related maintenance experience, 3+ years preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, service, and repair of facilities and equipment.
• Maintain property, including inner and outer areas.
• Inspect for unsafe conditions and perform preventative maintenance.

Skills

Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or building systems

Time management skills

Troubleshooting skills

Ability to communicate effectively in English

Hands-on experience with maintenance equipment

Education
