AST SpaceMobile is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee weekend operations at our Midland, TX facility. You will lead a team to ensure facility reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of facilities maintenance experience, with leadership abilities and strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent benefits and relocation support are also provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience required.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Facilities Maintenance Technicians during weekend operations.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs.
