Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have engineering experience.
• Carry or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Pulling and pushing up to 150 pounds
• Willing to work on weekends, and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise hotel maintenance to avoid extra expenses from deferred maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, machinery, and grounds.
• Implement and adhere to company purchasing procedures and controls.
• Protect the company’s financial assets.
• Be knowledgeable on the safe use of tools, chemicals, supplies, and related materials.
• Coordinate access to guestrooms with housekeeping and front office.
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs for major equipment.
• Represent the hotel with professionalism to guests and clients.
