Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical training or certification in HVAC, electrical work, or building maintenance is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment, damaged structures, and building components.
• Maintain HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Develop, perform, and document preventive maintenance procedures.
• Plan and schedule repairs, routine service calls, and branch maintenance activities.
• Conduct periodic quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, painting, landscaping, and other tasks.
• Support branch remodels, facility upgrades, and new-construction projects.
• Maintain accurate records for equipment, inspections, repairs, and completed work.
• Assist with maintenance budget planning and responsible use of materials.
