Job summary

Centennial Real Estate Company LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to sustain the property by delivering comfortable environments and performing ongoing facility maintenance and repairs under supervision.

Responsibilities include handling day-to-day operations, monitoring HVAC, completing CMMS work orders in Building Engines/Net Facilities, supporting events, and maintaining records while adhering to safety and SEE Centennial sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; HVAC/trade certification desired.
• 1–3 years’ experience as Maintenance Tech or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operations and the physical asset under supervision.
• Monitor HVAC systems with basic repair and planned maintenance.
• Complete CMMS work orders including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and inspections.
• Provide event setup/takedown support and maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, unobstructed work environment for tenants and vendors.
• Support SEE Centennial goals on sustainability and energy efficiency.
• Assist Facilities/General Manager to achieve property goals and budgets.
• Develop a personal action plan with your supervisor for growth.
