Job summary

Prefix seeks a Facilities Utility Technician in Auburn Hills, MI to perform routine and preventative maintenance across the building and grounds. You will replace filters, maintain HVAC equipment, patch walls, install tiles, and repair fixtures to keep the property safe and ready for clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance: Complete routine and preventative maintenance on all building equipment as assigned.
• General Cleaning: Dust walls, doors, and surfaces; remove trash and recyclables; sweep and clean floors.
• Grounds Maintenance: Remove snow, litter, and debris from sidewalks and parking areas; empty ash cans and outdoor waste containers.
