Job summary

Prefix seeks a Facilities Utility Technician in Auburn Hills, MI to perform routine and preventative maintenance across the building and grounds. You will replace filters, maintain HVAC equipment, patch walls, install tiles, and repair fixtures to keep the property safe and ready for clients.

Facilities Utility Technician# Facilities Utility Technician3500 - Auburn Hills, MI 48326## Description**Position Summary;**The Facilities Tech handles as much work as possible in-house, keeping both the building and the grounds in solid shape. This role takes care of repairs, upkeep, and day-to-day issues without using outside contractors whenever possible. From the roof to the parking lot, the job is to keep the place safe, clean, and running the way it should. Bottom line: see it, fix it, and keep the property ready for visits from current and potential clients.**Duties and Responsibilities:****General Maintenance:*** Complete routine and preventative maintenance on all building equipment as assigned.* Replace filters and perform minor maintenance HVAC, air compressors and systems.* Patch and paint interior walls as needed.* Maintain and repair doors and windows.* Install floor tiles.* Build interior walls according to code as needed.* Repair/replace all restroom fixtures.
