Qualifications

• US citizenship or Green Card holder required
• High school diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years of facilities, maintenance, engineering shop, or equivalent experience
• Current hi-lo/forklift certification required
• Valid driver’s license with driving record meeting company requirements
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with common hand and power tools
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with employees, technicians, and outside contractors

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and general repairs around the facility
• Coordinate contractor visits, provide access to work areas, and communicate service needs
• Move and arrange furniture, equipment, and parts as needed
• Operate hi-lo/forklift to safely move materials
• Assist technicians with equipment teardowns, material preparation, and other basic shop tasks
• Perform light maintenance on company vehicles and transport to service providers
• Support facility cleanliness and organization, including occasional trash removal
• Follow safety procedures and maintain tools and work areas in an orderly condition
• Perform various off-site errands to support daily operations
