CrossRidge is seeking a Level 4 Maintenance Technician to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues across the property, performing routine multi-trade repairs and basic system troubleshooting under senior supervision. You will manage the preventive maintenance program, assist with groundskeeping, and act as a technical resource for the team.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in facilities/property maintenance or skilled trade (6+ years).
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs for commercial/institutional property.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems; experience with life-safety systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform complex repairs and installations involving electrical, HVAC, and structural systems.
• Diagnose root causes of multi-system failures and coordinate with licensed contractors when needed.
• Manage the preventive maintenance schedule and related documentation.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, life-safety, building automation).
• Assist with groundskeeping and equipment upkeep as needed.
• Coach and coordinate with maintenance staff; ensure safety procedures and after-hours responses.
