The position emphasizes operating and maintaining building systems, responding to on-call duties, and supporting multiple shifts as needed. High school diploma and relevant licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Preferred licenses include electrical journeyman, master electrician and HVAC refrigerant licensure.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance work throughout the Hospital.
• Keeps tools clean and inventory up to date.
• Follows safety and infection control guidelines per policies.
• Maintains equipment and facilities to promote comfort, efficiency and safety.
• Operates, cleans and maintains department equipment per procedures.
• Responds to on-call duties.
