Job summary

Keystone-Management is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hangar and terminal building systems, including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, control systems, refrigeration, and A/C units. The role is based at the Charlotte facilities and involves shift work from 2:00-10:30pm, Sunday through Thursday.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma with a relevant trade certification and experience in PMs, HVAC, and piping work.

Qualifications

PM experience on equipment is required.
Experience with HVAC filter changes and basic building maintenance.
Ability to work with piping systems (PVC, copper, stainless steel) a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Maintain and monitor equipment and amenities to ensure operational readiness.
Diagnose equipment issues and assist in problem-solving with team.
Change HVAC filters as required and maintain system efficiency.
Replace light bulbs and perform minor electrical maintenance as needed.
Utilize CMMS to create and close work orders with accurate labor and parts data.
Coordinate with vendors and on-site personnel; participate in on-call schedule.
Work flexible hours to meet customer needs and project timelines.
Support safety protocols and wear required PPE.
