Job summary

Lewis Energy Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support office, industrial, and ranch facilities across Texas. You will handle intake, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, reliable properties.

Responsibilities include processing trouble calls, maintaining equipment, managing inventories, coordinating with vendors, and preparing reports. Strong communication and willingness to travel overnight regularly are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years related experience preferred.
• EPA HVAC/R Universal Certification is preferred.
• Plumbing License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intake Assessment: Provides first response assistance to trouble calls and conducts preliminary assessments.
• Equipment Maintenance: Inspects and corrects facility, equipment, and system problems to maintain operating condition.
• Inventory Management: Documents work and material lists, obtains estimates, and stocks supplies.
• Office Logistics: Reconfigures and installs modular offices and signage to meet space needs and codes.
• Technical Support: Stays current on tech developments and assists in planning for future work.
• Reports: Prepares inspections and estimates using computer tools.
• Maintenance Activity Management: Trains others and oversees vendors to ensure timely, compliant work.
