Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to support an educational institution client in Montgomery, Ohio. The role covers electrical, HVAC, plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance on a variety of building systems.

We provide a competitive hourly wage of $22.00–$26.00 plus a full benefits package, 401(k) with company match, education reimbursement, paid vacation and holidays, and weekly pay. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general maintenance experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screen.
• Basic computer knowledge including work order systems and email.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and troubleshooting of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Minor troubleshooting of electrical systems/circuits.
• HVAC PMs; replace filters and door hardware.
• Repair and maintenance of floors, walls, doors, windows, and furniture.
• Oversee sub-contractor activity and PMs.
