Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to join our education-focused client sites. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage small projects and vendor activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general maintenance experience.
• Craft license/certificate in HVAC, Carpentry, or Electrical preferred.
• Basic computer skills including work order systems and email.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery to the client.
• Repair and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Perform minor electrical troubleshooting and HVAC PMs; replace filters.
• Replace door locks and hardware; maintain floors, walls, doors, windows, and furniture.
• Oversee subcontractor activity, building audits, and PMs; manage small projects.
• Utilize CMMS work order system.

Essential Functions for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II position:

• Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting of the facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.
• Minor HVAC PMs; replace filters.
• Replace door locks and hardware.
• Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
• Oversee sub-contractor activity, building audits, and PMs.
• Small project work.
• Utilize CMMS work order system.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II position:

• Possess outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude.
• 5 plus years of general maintenance experience.
• Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred, especially HVAC, Carpentry or Electrical.
• Basic computer knowledge including work order systems and email.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools.
• Must be able to pass BCI and FBI background check as well as Drug Screen.
• Valid Driver's License.
