Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building components and systems, including heating & cooling, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and walls.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other minor construction.
• Assemble, install, move, and dismantle furniture, boxes, appliances, and décor.
• Ensure buildings are in proper working condition and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Use a work order system to track details and record time.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and prepare material lists.
