Job summary

FCP Euro Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Technician Level 1 to join our fast-paced fulfillment center. This hands-on role reports to the Facilities & Maintenance Assistant Manager and focuses on keeping high-speed operations safe and efficient.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot conveyors, print-and-apply systems, and service fluid power machinery, racking, and PIT equipment, while maintaining building upkeep and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on mechanical, machine shop, or automotive repair experience.
• Ability to safely use hand/power tools and digital multimeters.
• High school diploma or GED; trade certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on conveyors and automation systems.
• Maintain print-and-apply systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and racking layouts.
• Support facility upkeep and safety checks, and liaise with vendors as needed.
