Job summary

FCP Euro is hiring a Facilities and Maintenance Technician Level 1 for our Mesa, AZ fulfillment center. This hands‑on role supports maintenance of conveyors, print‑and‑apply systems, pneumatic/hydraulic equipment, and racking layouts while assisting with building upkeep and safety checks.

You will work under the Facilities & Maintenance Assistant Manager to ensure safe, efficient operations and timely repairs in a high-speed warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years hands-on mechanical, machine shop, or automotive repair experience.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and digital multimeters for diagnosing mechanical issues.
• Able to lift up to 60+ pounds and work on ladders or aerial platforms as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace to track maintenance logs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on conveyors, print‑and‑apply systems, and fluid power equipment.
• Support facility upkeep, electrical swaps, plumbing, HVAC filters and belts as needed.
• Assist with safety checks on PIT equipment and maintain clean, organized workspaces.
• Monitor internal ticketing system to prioritize and close repair requests.
