Benedictine Health System is seeking a Maintenance Technician I in Minnesota to support custodial, groundskeeping, and general maintenance tasks across the facility. You will help keep spaces safe, clean, and well-maintained in compliance with regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes floor care, minor repairs, and safe operation of tools and equipment, with on-site responsibilities and potential after-hours on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a health care setting.
• Building and grounds maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs general custodial tasks, including trash removal and cleaning windows/walls.
• Maintains floors and carpets with cleaning, buffing, stripping and waxing.
• Assists with building maintenance and repairs on interior and exterior surfaces.
• Supports grounds maintenance, including lawn care and snow removal.
• Operates hand and power tools and maintenance equipment safely.
