Qualifications

• Experience in a health care setting.
• Building and grounds maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks: trash removal, cleaning windows and walls, moving furniture.
• Carry out floor care: cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning.
• Assist with building maintenance and repairs on interior and exterior surfaces.
• Perform grounds maintenance including lawn care and snow removal.
• Operate hand and power tools and maintenance equipment safely.
