Padagis LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our First Shift, paying $25/hr to $32/hr based on qualifications. The role covers maintenance of facility, utilities, and grounds in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with other shifts. Strong English communication, basic computer skills, and physical stamina are required; Minnesota boiler license preferred.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
Strong oral and written English communication skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Word and Outlook).
Basic mechanical, electrical and systems knowledge.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work 8–12 hours.

Mansioni

Performs preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and equipment checks for building/grounds and facility equipment.
Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and repair.
Completes general work orders and interfaces with others across all shifts in a team environment.
Continuously looks for and helps to implement improvements to the process, productivity, quality and reduce costs.
