Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support campus operations on first shift (7:00 am to 3:30 pm). You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and hydraulic repairs, with after-hours support as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 3+ years in related trades, valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Hands-on trade skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, or hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on assigned work orders.
• Follow safety procedures and use maintenance checklists to guide tasks.
• Handle general maintenance such as painting, concrete repairs, and facility upkeep.
• Complete electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and hydraulic repairs as needed.
• Assist with snow removal and respond to after-hours and emergency maintenance.
