Job summary

Camelot Services, Inc. provides professional property and facilities management with nationwide representation. A Maintenance Technician is needed to conduct preventative, corrective, and general maintenance across client sites in a supervised, professional setting.

The role involves minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical installations and adherence to OSHA safety standards. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand long periods, and pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-5 years previous experience with facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with client and tenants.
• Performs minor maintenance on interior and exterior light fixtures; tests emergency exit signs and egress lighting.
• Replaces HVAC filters, cleans coils, lubricates bearings, replaces drive belts, and makes minor repairs.
• Addresses minor plumbing repairs, leaks, stoppages, and overflows.
• Assists other mechanics with major repairs and maintenance of building and equipment.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and follows safety procedures.
• Drives company vehicle between customer locations as needed.
