Job summary

Camelot Facility Solutions in Plano, TX seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, corrective, and general maintenance across client facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety tasks. • Must be able to stand for long periods.

• Willing to undergo background and drug screening process.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to drive company vehicle between customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with client and tenants.
• Performs routine maintenance on interior and exterior light fixtures; tests emergency equipment.
• Addresses plumbing repairs and minor system issues.
• Assists with major repairs and maintenance.
• Monitors safety compliance and keeps accurate records.
