Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting and basic carpentry repairs.
• Conduct servicing and repairs of heating/cooling units.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems including toilets and water lines.
• Maintain and repair small electrical appliances and fixtures.
• Assist with groundskeeping duties including snow removal.
• Manage work orders and document work using technology.
