Job summary

Pathways Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech/Licensed Plumber in Kentucky (Owingsville/Ashland area) to perform general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks across designated agency buildings.

The role requires completing work orders, documenting outcomes, and ensuring a safe, functional environment for residents and staff. Main duties include responding to repairs, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with supervisors, facility managers, and residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensed plumber preferred/required depending on agency requirements.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or related maintenance fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout designated buildings and facilities.
• Complete electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and other facility-related repairs.
• Respond to and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
• Accurately complete all required work-order documentation within one working day of job completion.
• Identify maintenance issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment throughout assigned facilities.
• Work cooperatively with coworkers, facility managers, supervisory staff, and facility residents.
• Respond to special assignments and emergency maintenance needs as required.
• Perform other duties related to facility maintenance as assigned.
