Job summary

Aspen Point Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the daily upkeep of our facilities located in Missouri. This hands-on role requires independence and teamwork to ensure HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.

You will help coordinate maintenance tasks, document activities, and respond promptly to staff or tenant requests, contributing to a clean and safe environment for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Commitment to high standards of customer service and safety.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with painting, light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
• Help maintain the overall safety and functionality of the facility through timely repairs and preventative measures.
• Ensure the facility meets all safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.
• Perform maintenance-related duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director.
