Qualifications

• Two or more years in maintenance, landscape and/or janitorial work.
• Two years of plumbing experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Proficient verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep of public facilities, roads, fencing, landscape and equipment.
• Inform supervisor when equipment or facilities need repair or maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; request and receive items as needed.
• Operate utility vehicles and transport team members and materials.
• Follow all safety rules and dress regulations; comply with California Vehicle Laws.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly duty checklists and vehicle logs.
