Qualifications

• Valid Class C California Driver’s License or higher.
• Two or more years of experience or training in maintenance, landscape and/or janitorial work.
• Two years of plumbing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs and upkeeps public facilities, roads, fencing, landscape and equipment.
• Performs carpentry work and minor electrical tasks, including replacing light bulbs and plumbing as needed.
• Informs supervisor when equipment or facilities require repair or maintenance.
• Drives utility vehicles such as pick-up trucks and golf carts; may transport team members and materials.
• Operates two-way radio for communication with base or other vehicles.
• Follows Viejas Guest Service standards while performing duties.
