Job summary
Techmer PM, LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our Clinton, Tennessee facility. The role is on 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $24.00 per hour and up depending on experience.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 8 years of facility maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of electrical, pipe fitting, and HVAC.
- Strong problem-solving skills and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems throughout the facility.
- Monitor and maintain the dust collection system.
- Assist in building upkeep and maintenance.
- Install and removal of equipment.
- Support for safety needs of the facility.
