Job summary

Techmer PM, LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our Clinton, Tennessee facility. The role is on 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $24.00 per hour and up depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 8 years of facility maintenance experience.

• Monitor and maintain the dust collection system.

We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our Clinton, Tennessee facility. This position will be on 1st shift which is 7:00AM-3:30PM, Monday through Friday. Pay rate is $24.00 per hour and up depending on experience.

Job Purpose:

Perform day-to-day facility maintenance duties as necessary to provide world class equipment reliability in a safe and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems throughout the facility
• Monitor and maintain the dust collection system
• Assist in building upkeep and maintenance
• Install and removal of equipment
• Support for any safety needs for the facility

Minor equipment maintenance

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience with facility maintenance

Knowledge/ Skills/Abilities:
