Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in general maintenance and repair across trades (painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical).
• Experience replacing electrical fixtures and wiring components.
• Experience patching walls/ceilings with plaster or compound.
• Experience repairing sinks, water coolers, toilets, and painting floors/steps.
• Experience with HVAC maintenance is highly desirable.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Patching minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings with plaster or compound.
• Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Painting floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles.
• Hanging doors and installing locks.
• Replacing broken windowpanes and performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Experience in commercial HVAC repair and maintenance of mechanical building systems.
