Job summary

WellPower in Denver is seeking a Facilities Technician to assist the Facilities Manager in maintaining multiple properties, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping. The role involves repairing complex equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and keeping detailed service logs.

A journey-level position with on-site responsibilities and on-call rotation is expected. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of hands-on experience in building

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of five years hands-on experience in building maintenance, construction, or HVAC controls.
Ability to perform electrical and plumbing tasks and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

Monitor maintenance work performed by contractors and vendors.
Respond to emergencies and take corrective measures to prevent hazards.
Perform site inspections and identify repairs and safety issues.
Complete maintenance work orders in a timely, professional manner.
Maintain landscaping and assist with snow/ice removal.
Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and building systems.
Rotating on-call coverage; paid time if response required.
Other duties as assigned.
