Job summary

WellPower, a Denver-based behavioral health provider, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain its properties across the Greater Denver Metro area. You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping tasks and preventative maintenance, with on-site supervision and occasional after-hours calls.

The role requires at least five years of hands-on building maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years with hands on experience in building maintenance, construction, or HVAC controls.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience maintaining multiple property systems and performing preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance work performed by contractors and vendors at WellPower facilities.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate corrective actions to prevent hazards.
• Perform walk-through inspections and identify required repairs.
• Complete maintenance work orders in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain landscaping and assist with snow/ice removal as needed.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and minor electrical repairs.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on HVAC and other equipment.
• Rotating on-call coverage using company vehicle.
