Job summary

WellPower is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for the Greater Denver Metro area. You will assist the Facilities Manager in maintaining multiple properties, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping, and will use a wide range of tools to perform repairs and preventive maintenance.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work in various environments. Salary is $27.79 per hour with a multi-site schedule and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five years' hands-on experience in building maintenance, construction, or HVAC controls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance work performed by contractors and vendors at WellPower facilities.
• Respond to emergencies by contacting service contractor and Facilities Manager and Lead Maintenance Technician.
• Perform walk-through inspections of assigned WellPower sites to identify damages and required repairs.
• Complete maintenance work orders in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain landscaping and assist with snow/ice removal at all sites.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs such as replacing washers and clearing small drain blockages.
• Perform minor electrical repairs such as changing light ballasts and replacing receptacles.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and document tasks.
• Rotating on-call coverage using company vehicle (paid time if response necessary).
• Other duties as assigned.
