Job summary

WellPower is seeking a journey-level Maintenance Technician to assist the Facilities Manager in keeping multiple properties properly serviced, with duties spanning electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping. You will work with a variety of tools and maintain detailed records, often with minimal supervision.

The role requires at least five years of hands-on building maintenance experience, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a schedule that includes on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of five years hands-on experience in building maintenance, construction, or HVAC controls.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance work by contractors and vendors at WellPower facilities and report issues.
• Perform and assist with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping tasks and minor repairs.
• Complete work orders professionally and maintain service logs and parts records.
• Assist with on-call coverage and respond to emergencies as required.
• Rotate across WellPower sites in the Greater Denver Metro area.
