Job summary
Bluejack National seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, swimming pools, carpentry, drywall and related systems across the club. The role includes preventative maintenance to ensure safety and reliability while delivering outstanding service to residents.
This full-time position requires strong teamwork, professional conduct, and the ability to follow safety rules.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum two (2) years of related building maintenance experience.
- Technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, swimming pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural and appliances.
- Must be able to use standard powered and non-powered tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with inventory management and a maintenance system (PM) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose problems and repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pools, carpentry, drywall and appliances.
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and facilities safe and sound.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
- Attend operational meetings and follow safety rules.
