Red Eye Radiator & DPF Specialist LLC. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our shop, buildings, equipment, and yard in excellent working condition in Tucson, AZ.

This hands-on role requires reliability, self-motivation, and pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment. The successful candidate will perform general building maintenance, troubleshoot electrical issues, service lighting, plumbing, and water systems, and carry out routine preventative

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of facility/building maintenance experience.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, compressed air systems, and general building repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and facility maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and complete basic electrical repairs.
• Repair and replace interior and exterior lighting.
• Maintain and repair water lines, air lines, and plumbing fixtures.
• Perform painting, patching, and minor carpentry repairs.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance throughout the facility.
• Keep the shop, offices, restrooms, and common areas clean and organized.
• Empty trash and maintain dumpsters and waste areas.
• Perform yard maintenance, including weed control, sweeping, pressure washing, and general cleanup.
• Operate equipment and tools safely.
• Assist with other maintenance projects as assigned.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety policies.

Red Eye Radiator & DPF Specialist is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our shop, buildings, equipment, and yard in excellent working condition.
