Westwood Country Club is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on club facilities and equipment. The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, commercial kitchen equipment, and grounds maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operations.

The ideal candidate has broad maintenance experience, is non-exempt and hourly, and must be available for days, evenings, weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Broad maintenance experience across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair club facilities and equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and work order management.

Responsabilités

• Inspect club facilities and identify maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedule.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
• Assist with renovations and special projects.
