Qualifications

• Technical School certifications and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facility and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Perform maintenance on interior/exterior areas including painting, drywall, lighting, and drains.
• Operate equipment to perform preventive maintenance and keep areas clean.
• Assist Marketing and Local Leasing with events and carts placement/repair.
• Follow OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and manage inventory, records and MSDS.
