Job summary

Colonial Downs Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure proper upkeep of all property and equipment at Rosie's Richmond and surrounding facilities. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and hands-on repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of related experience, and preferred vocational/technical certifications.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic repairs experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy facility.
• Two years of related work experience and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and troubleshoot/repair equipment.
• Carry out electrical repairs and modifications of facilities and equipment.
• Perform plumbing repairs and modifications as needed.
• Conduct general carpentry and painting tasks for the facility.
• Assist with interior/exterior cleanup and maintenance as required.
• Identify issues within scope and escalate beyond authority as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
