Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician in Lansing to keep our production and manufacturing facilities in top condition. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC tasks, inspect building systems, and support production operations with timely repairs.

This role requires 1–3 years in industrial maintenance, basic computer skills, the ability to read machine prints, and a willingness to work early mornings, evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments.
• Experience in production environment with mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.
• Hands-on piping, electrical, control circuits, and PLCs experience preferred.
• HVAC certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate completion of work lists.
• Check HVAC components, doors, lighting, roof and premises on schedule.
• Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and security.
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required.
• Snow removal and salting, mowing or ground work as required.
• Assist in roof maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Touch up painting and drywall patching as needed.
• Miscellaneous troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Use protective gear when necessary.
• Complete required training promptly.
