Captive-Aire Systems, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician in Raleigh, NC to perform preventative and reactive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.

The role includes facility upkeep, inventory management, and assisting with events setup across multiple locations. Candidates should be able to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, travel to out-of-state sites, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to travel to out-of-state sites.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Grounds and facility upkeep, cleaning and organizing work areas.
• Inventory management and coordination of parts and tools.
• Complete reactive work orders across multiple locations.
• Assist with events setup and safety labeling.
